When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and preferences you provide during onboarding (such as your state of residence, employment situation, and personal goals).

Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect usage analytics and crash data to improve the App's performance and reliability. This data is processed through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Device location
• Financial information (bank accounts, credit cards)
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize the App experience
• Deliver state-specific unemployment resources and guidance
• Track your task progress and wellness check-ins
• Improve App functionality through anonymized analytics

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. We do not show ads during sensitive moments such as crisis support screens, emotional check-ins, or mental health resources.

6. Data Sharing & Sales

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate the App.

7. Payments & Billing

All payment processing occurs through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not have direct access to your billing or payment information.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon requesting account deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request its deletion.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest through Firebase's infrastructure. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
